# Wrap Up Answers

| Column          | Description                                                                         |
| --------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| "..."           | Button that displays actions that can be performed on that record.                  |
| Start           | Start date/time of interaction.                                                     |
| End             | End date/time of interaction.                                                       |
| When            | Start time of interaction in relation to the current date/time.                     |
| Contact Name    | Name of contact                                                                     |
| Contact Id      | Id of contact                                                                       |
| Agent           | Name of agent that connected with the contact.                                      |
| Queue           | Name of Queue                                                                       |
| Wait Time       | Amount of time the contact has waited in the queue before connecting with the agent |
| Handle Time     | Amount of time the agent and contact were connected.                                |
| Question 1 - 10 | Question 1 - 10 Wrap-up answers                                                     |
| Scenario Id     | Unique Id of interaction.                                                           |

By default, only responses to active questions in the wrap-up set are displayed in the report. To include responses from deleted questions, select the filter button and enable Show Deleted Questions.
