# Abandoned Call Report

The abandoned calls report gives you a clear picture of all the calls that hung up while waiting in line. It's super handy for spotting calls where folks decide to ditch the wait. You'll see stats like how long a call waited before dropping off, the phone number, and date/time. By checking out these details, businesses can figure out how good their call handling is and make smart moves to cut down wait times and boost call system efficiency, ultimately giving customers a better experience.
