Dashboard

Widgets on the Dashboard are super easy to manage and change to fit your own preferences. You can add new widgets onto the dashboard, delete the ones you don't need, resize them for better visibility, and shuffle them around for the best layout and flow. Each widget comes with its own set of filters, so you can fine-tune them by dates and organization units for more detailed data analysis. They're built to give you essential summary reports at a glance, ensuring you have quick access to what's important for those smart decisions. The dashboard's flexible design lets you customize it to meet everyone's unique needs, boosting both efficiency and productivity. Check out the top right corner for options to filter the whole page by specific dates or organization units. These filters help you zero in on the data you care about, but remember, they won't affect widgets with their own custom filters, keeping things super flexible.

To customize your dashboard, just click the gear icon up top, right corner. You'll see an edit and delete button pop up on each widget, plus options to add widgets, revert to default, and save in the bottom right. Use the edit button to add date and OU filters to a widget. Hit delete if you want it gone. To add more, click Add widget; you can even add multiples of the same type, like queue call charts and filter each one by a specific queue. You can resize widgets by dragging an edge or corner and move them around with drag and drop. Once everything looks good, hit save!
