Call Popup
When a new call is presented to an agent, a URL is queried and the web page shown in an inline frame (iframe) on the contact center agent panel. The URL can be specified in the Queue setup.
The below variables can be placed in the URL:
{callername}
{callernumber}
{queuename}
{scenarioid}
We recommend using a PowerApp when integrating with a CRM.
