Navigate to Configuration | Skills | Create skill Category

| Option                     | Description                    |
| -------------------------- | ------------------------------ |
| Skill Category Name        | Name of skill category         |
| Skill Category Description | Description of Skill Category  |
| Add Skill                  | Add skill name and description |

Multiple skills will be tied to the Skill category. For example, language or department.
