# Set Up Auto Attendant \[Teams]

You can use [Microsoft Teams Auto Attendants](https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/what-are-phone-system-auto-attendants) to direct calls to a particular Contact Center queue or IVR. When editing the Teams Auto Attendant, select redirect to Resource account and select the Teams resource account that is linked to the Contact Center queue or IVR.
