# Direct Call Records Groups

Navigate to Configuration | Direct Call Records Groups

These group objects are where call record data from direct calls are stored if policy recording has been enabled for user. These group objects are located in an Organization Unit which can be assigned user permissions and  call setting policies. See [Organization Units](/administration/organizational-units.md)
