Presence API Service Account

This is an optional configuration that can be configured to enable Teams Presence based routing.

Option	Description
User Name	Service account Username
Password	Service account password

The Service account will need to be created in Microsoft 365 and will need to be enabled for Microsoft Teams. No administrative roles are needed.

MFA cannot be enabled on this account. We recommend creating a conditional access policy to block access to this account except for the following IP addresses for the data center location of your Landis Contact Center organization.
