User Skills

Navigate to Configuration | Users | Select user | Edit | Skills | Select the skills that apply to the user | On a scale of 1 - 1000, rate the skill of the user and enter the number to the right of the skill. The higher the number, the higher the skill level.

A user can have multiple skills with a high score.
