# Abandoned Interactions Report
The abandoned Interactions report gives you a clear picture of all the interactions that disconnected up while waiting in line. It's super handy for spotting interactions where folks decide to ditch the wait. You'll see stats like how long an interaction waited before dropping off, the contact info, and date/time. By checking out these details, businesses can figure out how good their interaction handling is and make smart moves to cut down wait times and boost system efficiency, ultimately giving customers a better experience.
To view the report, just go to Analytics & Reports and click on Abandoned Interactions.
