Because of Microsoft client limitations, transfer options may not be available on Teams handsets and mobile apps.
Due to Calling API limitation at this time, Call Transfer feature in the Landis Agent panel is not recommended for high volume of call transfers.
1. Add Participant
2. When transferree answers the agent can disconnect the call (in Teams).
