If the Landis Contact Center app is not available in the Teams app store, you can manually add it as an available app for your agents. Note: This version of the Landis Contact Center Teams app will not be updated automatically.
Download the file below. Do not unzip the file.
Browse to https://admin.teams.microsoft.com/policies/manage-appsarrow-up-right
Select Actions on top right corner | Upload New App | Upload | Select the downloaded Zip file | Open
The Landis Contact Center Teams app will now be available for your agents, or you can install it for your agents with a Teams Setup policy.
