Teams App Manual Installation

If the Landis Contact Center app is not available in the Teams app store, you can manually add it as an available app for your agents. Note: This version of the Landis Contact Center Teams app will not be updated automatically.

  1. Download the file below. Do not unzip the file.

  1. Select Actions on top right corner | Upload New App | Upload | Select the downloaded Zip file | Open

  2. The Landis Contact Center Teams app will now be available for your agents, or you can install it for your agents with a Teams Setup policy.
